Here's a picture of both legs with muscles fully flexed. The quad in my right leg is quite noticable whereas good old stumpy on the left is lacking.
This was taken at 1 month post op. I've got a good amount of muscle building to do over the next few months, but I'm up for the challenge!

Hey .. When do you think the incision's will completely heal up.. Right now im on my 17 day post op and just got out of the immobilizer.. please keep posting really enjoying your timeline!
Well part of mine got prematurely scraped off, so I had to wait longer for it to heal. One of the other blogs I follow, her incision looks pretty good at 4 weeks.
Playing 4 nights of ultimate a week + tournaments on the weekend lead to an eventual acl rupture. On top of that, I partially tore my PCL,LCL,MCL lateral meniscus bucket handle tear, impaction fracture + bone bruising.
Since I live in Canada, it took about 7 months from injury to get surgery.
My goal is to get back into Ultimate Frisbee!
