Andrew is at 90 degrees flexion after only 6 days! ... although it's still quite tight. I've also started on the hamstring strengthening, which gets strained very quickly.
Congrats, I am in the same boat, getting to 90 on my own (95-100, painfully forced by my therapist) on day 6 as well. I'd be interested to see pics if you have any? My blog is http://acljourney.blogspot.com Enjoy!!
Ah my 6 days was after they told me I could start bending. So I didn't hit 90 degrees till 17 days after surgery. So in reality you have a nice head start! My physio was kind enough to let me force my knee to bend instead of him doing it.
I have pics, but they are of the incisions and quite gross. I do have my MRI one's up in the older posts!
Playing 4 nights of ultimate a week + tournaments on the weekend lead to an eventual acl rupture. On top of that, I partially tore my PCL,LCL,MCL lateral meniscus bucket handle tear, impaction fracture + bone bruising.
Since I live in Canada, it took about 7 months from injury to get surgery.
My goal is to get back into Ultimate Frisbee!
